By fostering active participation, the project strengthens social networks, self-esteem, and overall quality of life in Aarhus, Bornholm, and Vordingborg.

In Aarhus, the project serves around 50 participants, mainly early retirees and individuals with physical or mental challenges aged 18-50. Music forms the core activity, supported by regular rehearsals, concerts, theater performances, and nature events. The goal is to reduce isolation, enhance cultural participation, and build a supportive community, with a focus on 80% men and 20% women.

Bornholm focuses on early retirees and flexi-job workers with neurodiversity or developmental disabilities, involving 35-40 people with an even gender and age split. Participants engage in cultural and nature activities designed to foster social inclusion, personal growth, and connection to local culture and environment.

In Vordingborg, 15-25 mainly young men (90% men) receive support through theater and outdoor programs to aid social and professional reintegration. Together, these activities strengthen self-esteem, build social networks, and enhance quality of life, creating more inclusive and connected communities.
